Aid Arena is a free mobile chat platform where crisis response teams connect, collaborate, and coordinate year-round. Pro Members are vetted to ensure they represent legitimate disaster response organizations.
Organizations

Aid Arena has members in many states, creating a nationwide network where humanitarian and crisis response teams collaborate, share critical resources, and coordinate aid efforts more effectively.
Organizations
Aid Base is a comprehensive disaster response database, providing thousands of contacts in one place for faster connections, quicker decisions, and stronger support in crises.
Through Aid Arena, I met individuals who not only became valuable professional contacts but are also on their way to becoming lifelong friends. These relationships are helping me transition from being “a girl with a phone” to running a legitimate nonprofit organization.
Working on Hurricane Helene relief efforts was the first time I truly felt I belonged to a community of like-minded individuals who understood my mission and the challenges I faced. Aid Arena has proven to be much more than just a resource-it has become a supportive network that fosters personal growth and collective action.

Aid Arena. It’s time saving. It saves lives. It saves resources. If we have 5 different organizations going to the same location to provide the same amount of support because those 5 didn’t talk to each other, then the other 4 resources or 4 other jurisdictions somewhere are going without. That’s really what this is all about is providing that support for the people who need it the most.

Looking forward to when this platform goes global I hope to get some projects going in South America in the years to come!

The Aid Arena team has been responsive, helpful, provided excellent facilitation to help people connect the dots and make connections that have helped greatly as the grassroots relief ecosystem has come together. The combination of a space to convene, facilitation, connection-making and ability to provide perspective from previous experience in disaster events has been extremely helpful.
