The primary purpose of a Facilitator is to catalyze conversation, interaction, and collaboration between members of the online spaces supported by Conversa Corps in order to strengthen the collective preparation for, and response to crisis events. The Facilitator brings energy, patience, empathy, subject matter expertise, tools, and encouragement into the virtual spaces to spark and sustain conversations and forge relationships between members of the community in the virtual environment.
